“I initially intended to seek help only for my children. May was the play therapist for my son. She invited me to participate in the play therapy sessions. Thru each session, I was brought farther away from focusing on my own emotions. I was encouraged to observe how my young son expressed his emotions thru play and journeyed thru his challenges. I was blessed that I could share his voyage of self discovery while discovering mine. Slowly, we knew that we are in control and we have
